Refund & Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns once an item has been shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation and receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

Faulty Items & Refunds
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us within the 24-month warranty period (from the date of purchase).
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for faulty items or if a tracker is unsuitable for your vehicle or asset.

✔ Faulty items must be returned within the 24-month warranty period
✔ Trackers returned for exchange must be arranged within 14 days of delivery
✔ Buyers are responsible for return postage costs in all cases

Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blackowlgps.com.au or call 03 9111 6969 with your order details. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
