Interval adjustment request

Use this form to request changes to your portable tracker update intervals or tracking mode.

Default settings:

  • GPS logging every 120 seconds (2 minutes)
  • Server updates every 180 seconds (3 minutes)
  • Accelerometer wake enabled
  • Heartbeat every 720 minutes (12 hours) after no movement has been detected

Accelerometer wake is the default setting. The tracker wakes when movement is detected, then records GPS locations and sends updates based on the intervals selected below.

Trip based mode turns off accelerometer wake functionality. The tracker instead uses GPS to automatically detect movement, which may suit some use cases where vibration based wake behaviour is not preferred.

Periodic mode updates at set intervals regardless of movement. This will reduce tracking detail, but can also improve battery life depending on the interval selected.

Scheduled updates allow the tracker to upload at selected times each day. You can choose up to 6 upload times per day, and the same upload times apply every day.
