What do I pay when buying a tracker upfront?
Our trackers are priced from $250 to $300, with accessories priced from $25 to $50.
Simply pay for the tracker hardware upfront, then renew your tracking subscription annually.
This option suits clients who prefer to keep ongoing costs lower.
What is included in the annual subscription?
Our affordable annual subscription covers all operating costs such as your tracker's pre-installed SIM card data and software access including alerts and tracking history.
How does the business lease option work?
Eligible businesses can lease GPS trackers instead of buying the hardware upfront.
Our lease includes tracking hardware, pre-installed SIM cards, software access, all operating costs, an ongoing warranty, local support and future hardware upgrades, with a minimum 36 month term.
Do I own tracking hardware on a lease?
Lease trackers remain the property of BlackOwl and are provided for use as part of your lease.
Can I add more trackers later?
Absolutely! You can add more trackers later as your fleet grows.
Lease clients can request additional trackers through our add to lease form.
What payment methods do you accept?
For upfront tracker hardware purchases, we accept card, direct deposit and Bitcoin.
For subscriptions and lease payments, we accept debit card, credit card and direct debit. Bitcoin may also be available for subscription and lease payments by contacting us first.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Are there any setup fees?
There are no separate setup fees for standard tracker activation.
Installation costs are handled on the client’s side and only apply to our Hardwired tracker.
Our OBD2 tracker, portable trackers and accessories do not require professional installation.
