Trial period

The maximum trial period is 2 weeks from delivery. Additional trial time may be requested by contacting our team and is subject to approval.

Acceptable use

Sample trackers are provided strictly for genuine evaluation. Misuse, unauthorised use or activity that breaches our Terms of Use may result in immediate termination of the demo.

Demo account and data

Use of a demo tracking account is subject to BlackOwl's standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. After the trial is complete and all sample trackers are returned, associated tracking data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Returns

  • All sample devices must be returned within 7 days of the trial period ending.
  • Devices must be returned in reasonable condition, allowing for normal testing use.
  • A valid tracking number must be provided once return shipping has been arranged.
