Use this form to request changes for a tracker subscription. If you need to manage multiple trackers, add each tracker in the relevant field before submitting.

IMPORTANT: By submitting this cancellation request, I acknowledge that my GPS tracking subscription for the provided tracker(s) will be cancelled as soon as it has been processed by BlackOwl. I understand that once cancellation takes effect, the tracker(s) will no longer function, and I may lose access to any remaining period that has already been paid for. I also understand that all associated tracking history and data will be permanently erased. I acknowledge that if I wish to reactivate at a later date, a $25 replacement SIM card fee for each tracker will be added to my subscription, and replacement SIM dispatch may take up to 7 days.*

IMPORTANT: By submitting this account closure request, I acknowledge that I will be unable to access BlackOwl services, any devices that are linked to my account will be remotely disabled and all associated tracking history and data will be permanently erased. I acknowledge that BlackOwl requires 48 hours notice prior to my next billing cycle date or I may be required to pay for an additional month of services.*
